About this task
This staffing firm for tech hiring (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Scope, milestones, owners and a plan agreed at kickoff.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Taranto. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Create the plan, RACI and risk list for a CRM rollout and run the kickoff meeting.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
