Product Leadership Hour

About this task

This management consulting firm for family businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Product Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior product leader's view on one decision.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

What you deliver

• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
