About this task

This hospitality operator with city hotels (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Product Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Customer interviews turned into decisions.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The team sits in Odense. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Run 6 customer interviews, synthesise the themes and recommend the three problems worth solving next.
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
