About this task
This Travel-technology company in corporate travel (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Brand Copy Editor for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–20 h a month. Rewrites catalogue or UI text for consistency.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Lyon. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Standardise 500 product descriptions to a template and tone.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
