About this task
This defence technology company in drones (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Facilitates a session that maps how work really flows.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Denmark works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Run three mapping sessions and produce current-state maps with pain points.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
