About this task
This proptech company in office refurbishment (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds where work waits and proposes fixes in order of effect.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The company prefers a person who can come to Berlin for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Map order-to-delivery, measure waiting time and propose five fixes with expected savings.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
