About this task
This Real-estate services firm in residential development (51–200 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional COO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an operations leader on a defined problem.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Advise a founder on scaling the customer onboarding team and list next steps.
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
