About this task
This telecom software company in fibre broadband (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Terms & Policies Drafter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. Updates all public documents after a product change.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The team sits in Zaragoza. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Update terms, privacy and DPA after the launch of AI features and track changes.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
