About this task
This clinical data company for hospital groups (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Terms & Policies Drafter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. Updates all public documents after a product change.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Portugal works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Update terms, privacy and DPA after the launch of AI features and track changes.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
