About this task
This mobile games company making strategy games (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Terms & Policies Drafter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. Updates all public documents after a product change.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Austria. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Update terms, privacy and DPA after the launch of AI features and track changes.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
