About this task
This finance advisory firm for healthcare providers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager SQL & ETL Support for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Finds why a load failed and fixes or escalates it.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The team sits in Trois-Rivières. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Monitor overnight loads, resolve failures and write a short incident note for each one.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
