About this task
This insurtech company (11–50 employees) is looking for a director RevOps Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Fixes stage definitions and bad records so forecasts mean something.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The team sits in Le Havre. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Clean up 3,000 open opportunities, define exit criteria for each stage and train the sales team.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
