About this task
This online travel company with city hotels (11–50 employees) is looking for a specialist Part-Time Executive Assistant for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Handles private errands, bills and appointments that otherwise eat an executive's evenings.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Manage appointments, renewals and service bookings for a busy executive within an agreed weekly budget.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
