About this task

This digital wealth platform (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Market Research Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Evidence-based personas built from survey and interview data.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The team sits in Bucharest. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Build three buyer personas from 150 survey responses and 8 interviews, with source notes.
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
