About this task

This digital media company in sport (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Growth & Product Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds the early action that best predicts long-term retention.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The team sits in Iași. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Identify the activation event that best predicts week-8 retention and test it across segments.
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
