About this task
This fashion retailer with stores in six countries (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Designs a lightweight review cycle with forms, calibration and timeline.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Surrey. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Design and launch the mid-year review process for 80 employees with manager guides.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
