About this task
This Supply-chain software company for pharma (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Payroll Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Prepares a clean handover when a company changes payroll provider in Europe.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Helsingborg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Build the employee, pay element and year-to-date file for 60 people moving to a new payroll provider.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
