About this task

This packaging manufacturer making food packaging (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Looks for unexplained pay gaps and recommends fixes.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Romania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Run a pay equity analysis for 300 employees and list adjustments with costs.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
