About this task
This commercial bank (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Designs a lightweight review cycle with forms, calibration and timeline.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Romania. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Design and launch the mid-year review process for 80 employees with manager guides.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
