About this task
This Series C healthcare services group (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Metz. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send 75 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
