About this task
This government IT contractor serving cities (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The team sits in Espoo. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Send 50 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
