About this task

This technology consulting firm (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Bulgaria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Send 60 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
