About this task
This defence technology company in avionics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior operator's view on one decision.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Review a scale-up plan for a support and fulfilment team and answer three questions on hiring order.
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
