Operations KPI Dashboard (Looker Studio)

About this task

This property and casualty insurer for professional liability (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. The ten numbers an operations lead checks every week.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The team sits in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Define and build a weekly operations dashboard from existing spreadsheets, with owners and targets.
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
