About this task
This property developer in commercial property (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior operator's view on one decision.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Iowa, so this one is for residents there. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Review a scale-up plan for a support and fulfilment team and answer three questions on hiring order.
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
