About this task
This consumer goods company selling in 20 countries (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly and monthly meetings, owners and numbers that run the company.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Design the weekly and monthly operating rhythm for a 60-person company: meetings, metrics, owners and a one-page agenda template.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
