About this task
This management consulting firm for retailers (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Fractional COO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and metrics that run the company.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in North Carolina, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
