About this task

This Series C games studio making mobile puzzles (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text answers into a consistent set of themes.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The team sits in Amsterdam. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Code 1,500 open-text responses into 20 themes with agreement checks.
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
