About this task
This Travel-technology company in short-term rentals (11–50 employees) is looking for a specialist Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Analyses internal survey results for leaders with action areas.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Analyse an engagement survey of 300 employees and present five priority areas.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
