About this task
This Agri-business in greenhouse growing (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. A set of offer letters by role and country.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The team sits in Stuttgart. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write 15 offer letter templates for five countries with variable fields.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
