About this task

This Agri-business in crop analytics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. A set of offer letters by role and country.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Write 20 offer letter templates for five countries with variable fields.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

Not included

  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
  • Managing other contractors or employees

How you get paid

  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
