About this task
This food producer in bakery products (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Office & Admin Coordinator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Equipment, accounts and welcome for each new employee.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Arrange equipment, desks and accounts for four starters in a week.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
