Multi-Step Reasoning Solution (Excel)

About this task

This applied AI company for document processing (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes step-by-step solutions with checkable numbers.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 6 multi-step solutions with intermediate values and an answer check.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
