About this task
This insurtech company (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes the best possible answer to a professional question.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany.
What you deliver
- Write 20 gold answers a week to business questions, each under 500 words with sources.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
