About this task

This hospitality operator in corporate travel (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes step-by-step solutions with checkable numbers.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany.

What you deliver

• Write 5 multi-step solutions with intermediate values and an answer check.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
