About this task

This Series A embedded-finance provider for travel companies (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Writes step-by-step solutions with checkable numbers.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 12 multi-step solutions with intermediate values and an answer check.
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
