About this task
This mobility company in fleet services (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior PR & Communications for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Coverage, reach and sentiment with notes.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The team sits in Indio. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Compile monthly coverage with reach, key messages and share of voice against two competitors.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
