Monthly Marketing Report

About this task

This digital media company in lifestyle (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A monthly report that connects spend to leads and revenue, with next steps.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Produce the monthly marketing report for the board: spend, leads, pipeline by channel, three findings and three actions.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
