About this task

This digital health company for primary care (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Content Lead for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Briefs that writers can follow without a call.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Produce eight article briefs a week with outline, sources, search intent and internal links.
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Monday: main working block (2 hours)
• Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
