About this task

This Seed customer-support software company for field-service companies (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager KPI Dashboard Owner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Prepares the numbers and commentary for the monthly performance review.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

What you deliver

  • Prepare the monthly KPI review: variances against target and three questions for each owner.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Friday: main working block (1 hours)
  • Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
