Model Answer Authoring for HR

About this task

This online learning platform for corporate training (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes the reference answer used to grade AI output.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 12 reference answers on onboarding and offboarding with a grading checklist.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.
