About this task
This boutique advisory firm for the public sector (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Part-Time Executive Assistant for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Briefs before meetings and clear actions after.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Prepare one-page briefs for five meetings a week and send action lists the same day.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Monday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
