About this task
This Growth-stage online retailer for pet products (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Part-Time Executive Assistant for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Briefs before meetings and clear actions after.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The company prefers a person who can come to Nice for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Prepare one-page briefs for five meetings a week and send action lists the same day.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
