About this task
This hospitality operator in short-term rentals (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CMO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Which roles to hire first, which to outsource and why.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Recommend a three-year marketing structure and a hiring order for a 30-person company.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
