About this task
This Last-mile delivery company (201–500 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional CMO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Defines the few numbers marketing is judged on.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Define six metrics, a reporting layout and a monthly review cadence for the leadership team.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
