About this task
This health charity (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Whether and where to sell next.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Louisville for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Scan three new markets for demand, competitors and channels and recommend where to start.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
