About this task
This clinical data company for hospital groups (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Portugal works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver

How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
