About this task

This Growth-stage analytics software company for hospitals and clinics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional HR Business Partner for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A short coaching call for a manager facing a people issue.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Coach a first-time manager on a performance conversation and agree next steps.
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
