About this task
This Series C healthcare services group (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Guides managers through conduct and performance cases.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Genoa. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Support managers on three active cases and document each step and decision.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
