About this task
This regional bank serving farmers and food producers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Employee Relations Advisor for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–6 h a week. Guides a manager through a process in plain steps.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
